Depending on the country and the payment method you have selected, the time to accept your transaction may vary due to the availability of our peer network.

If you are not getting your transaction accepted, we recommend the following:

• Request a different transaction value. On average, Airtm deposits and withdrawals are $40, however this may be less or more depending on the payment method and the country you are requesting the transaction from.
• Select a different payment method.
• Submit your request during regular business hours and on weekdays. This is usually the time when there are the most active users.

We are currently working to expand our partner network in all countries and for every payment method. If you are having difficulty withdrawing money you have deposited with Airtm, please contact us by opening a ticket, and we will do our best to complete your transaction.
