1. What is the promotion about?

From September 18 to September 30, 2024, by making your first transaction to add funds to Airtm using your virtual U.S. account, you will receive a 100% discount on the fees charged.

2. What is the duration of the promotion?

All users who make a “deposit” transaction using the U.S. virtual account for the first time during the period from September 18 to September 30, 2024, will be participating under the previously mentioned conditions.

3. What conditions must be met?

• To participate in the promotion, users must have an Airtm account and must have completed the identity verification process.
• Users must not have made any deposit transactions using the U.S. virtual account before the start of the promotion.
• Users must make at least one deposit transaction using the U.S. virtual account during the period from September 18 to September 30, 2024.

4. How and when will the benefit be paid?

• The benefit will consist of a refund or “cashback” equivalent to up to 100% (equal to 1.75% of the total deposited amount) of the USDC that the user has paid in fees for adding to their Airtm account for the first time, one-time only, and within the promotion’s validity period.
• The maximum cashback amount Airtm will give per user is $7.5 USDC.
• The maximum monthly cashback amount Airtm will distribute in total during this promotion is $4,500 USDC per month.
• The benefit payment will take place within 48 hours after any of the aforementioned transactions have been completed.
• The benefit cannot be exchanged for any other goods or services other than those specified in these Terms. All costs derived from participation, as well as taxes, fees, contributions, tariffs, or any sum of money that may currently or in the future be charged due to participation in the promotion or the use of the benefit, including but not limited to travel and accommodation expenses incurred when claiming, withdrawing, or using the benefit, will be the sole responsibility of the user.

5. Additional Conditions:

• The promotion applies to individual accounts.
• We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions and disqualify any participant suspected of violating these rules or engaging in fraudulent transactions.
• Only verified individual accounts (not legal entity accounts) will be eligible as winners.
• Employees or collaborators of the Organizer are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
