1. Description

Members of the Airners Community can invite other users to the Discord server using a generated invitation link. The system will track how many invitations have been completed, and individuals with the most invitations will appear on the leaderboard.

To generate the link, they must go to any channel within the Airners Community server and type the command /invites, pressing enter twice. The bot will provide their link and display how many valid invitations they have achieved, along with their position on the leaderboard.

2. Initial Promo: Path to 40,000 Members

Goal: Reach 40,000 members on the server before October 1, 2024.

Prizes:

If we reach the goal:

• First place: 150 USDC for the person with the most valid invitations.
• Second place: 100 USDC for the person in second place.
• Third place: 50 USDC for the person in third place.
• Random prize: A draw of 100 USDC among all participants who have made at least one valid invitation and who are not part of the first, second, or third place (maximum 1,000 winners).

If we do not reach the goal:

• 10 USDC for the 10 people with the most valid invitations.
• A draw of 100 USDC among all individuals who achieve at least 1 valid invitation and who are not entitled to any other prize (maximum 1,000 winners).

Prize Distribution:

Prizes will be awarded the week of October 28, 2024.

3. Rules and Terms

Conditions for Valid Invitations: An invitation will only count as valid if the invited person:

• Has an Airtm account and registers their information in the Discord channel get-verified, or
• Joins the Discord server and remains active (participating in conversations, events, or activities) for at least 15 days.

Duplicate or inactive accounts will not be considered valid. The use of fake accounts will result in automatic disqualification.

Tiebreakers:

In the event that multiple people have the same number of invitations on the leaderboard:

• The activity of the invited users (participation in the server) will be prioritized.
• The date of the last valid invitation will also be considered.

For example: If two people tie with the same number of invited users (e.g., 50), it will first be verified how many of those invited have an Airtm account and have registered a valid email in the get-verified channel. However, the most important factor will be the level of interaction of those invited on the server. In this case, individuals who have actively participated in conversations, events, or activities within the community will be prioritized. Finally, if the invited users have similar levels of interaction, the one who completed the 50 invitations first will be taken into account.

4. Additional Conditions

1. The promotion applies to verified individual Airtm accounts and will be void where prohibited by local law.
2. A member of the Airners community on Discord may only be linked to one Airtm account and be the owner of the same.
3. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions and disqualify any participant we suspect of violating these rules or not complying with the standards.
4. Participation implies authorization for the publication of Discord usernames in the media where the promotion is advertised.
5. Participants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Airtm account and notifying any unauthorized access.
6. Participation implies acceptance of these terms and conditions and the Airtm terms of service.
