As a financial institution, Airtm is required to obtain information from our users. We have a verification process similar to other companies, wallets and exchanges. If additional documentation is not submitted and approved, you will not be able to withdraw funds from your Airtm account in a total volume equivalent to 1,000 USD. 

All documents submitted through this process are securely stored on a third party site that only Airtm team members have the ability to view. 

Please note that we may request a variety of documents, so it is important to follow the specific instructions. We want to know that you are really who you say you are by providing us with a government-issued ID and a card.

On occasion, we may request additional documentation, please provide these documents as soon as possible to complete this process as quickly as possible. We have security protocols that mitigate risk and as such, sometimes additional documents are required.

Please note that if you do not complete the verification process, the ways you can use your Airtm account will be limited.
